Baywell has been recommending this line of Beelink Mini PCs since 2015. We’ve found these mini PCs to run cool, extremely quiet and they are quite fast and capable. And most importantly, reliable. So far only 1 out of 50 or so deployments have had a failure – in that particular case, it was an abused USB port. (Pro Tip – don’t abuse the USB ports and ruin the PC! Get a separate *Powered USB Hub.)
Fits in Tiny Spaces
These units fit in small cabinets in Dental Operatories, in tiny office cubicles or even mounted behind monitors. Very lightweight, easy to install and great for general office work as well.
Windows PRO Licensed PC for Under $500
Priced at below $500 (verified October 2023), it’s already a good deal with just the hardware specs alone PLUS it ships with Windows 11 PRO License! The PRO license allows us to enable Bitlocker encryption on your hard drive and allows us to connect your computer to your office’s servers, while the typical computer you might buy from Best Buy, Costco etc. will have only the HOME license and will not have the aforementioned features. Expect to replace these units every 4-5 years as part of your office equipment replacement life-cycle.
